1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags and seals intact.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of hair extensions, wigs, or lace items that have been opened, worn, or tampered with.

Clearance or final sale items

Hair care products (if opened)

3. How to Request a Return

Email us at info@melyhair.co.za or WhatsApp 083 655 0249 with your order number and reason for return.

We will confirm if your return meets our conditions and provide the return address.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

We recommend using a trackable courier service as MelyHair is not liable for lost return parcels.

5. Refunds and Store Credit

Once we inspect and approve your return, a store credit or refund will be issued within 14 working days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different length or product, please follow the return process and place a new order once your return is approved.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
