Cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. Please review our cancellation policy below:


1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched.

To request a cancellation, please email us at Info@melyhair.co.za or WhatsApp us at 083 655 0249 with your order number.

If the order is eligible for cancellation, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.

 

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you still wish to return the item (unused and in original packaging), please refer to our Returns Policy.

 

3. Custom Orders or Pre-Orders

Custom-made wigs, pre-orders, or specially tailored hair extensions cannot be cancelled once processing has begun, as they are made to order.

 

4. Failed Deliveries & Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or not being collected at a pickup point, the buyer will be responsible for reshipping fees or may request a refund minus the original shipping fee and a restocking fee (10%).

 

5. MelyHair Rights

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.
